## What is SurgAccord?

SurgAccord helps you to prepare for your upcoming medical procedure from the comfort of your home. As a patient you use the app to review the information your doctor has collected for you. Video animations, brochures, surveys and other materials help you gain a better understanding of the procedure. After reviewing the information, you confirm your surgery date and give informed consent.
