Hello, I am Tumid, better known on Speedrun.Com as Tum1d, I am the greatest surgeon simulator player to ever touch it. As of Jul 30 2026, I have 14/16 available categories under my belt as world records. I hold Heart, Kidney, Teeth and Eye transplant in main and corridor, Bob%, nobody cares about Alien%, and nearly EVERY alien level. I can confidently say this game, (as buggy as it can be) IS THE BEST. If anyone sees this. This is like Gordon Ramsay giving a review on a restaurant. Play it :D

Hey there surgeons!

In this update, we’ve made a few minor changes to the game to make it less buggy, more stable, and much more reliable.  

- Updated screenshots
- Recording and sharing video is no longer supported - the video program we used for this made a number of changes to their software that meant it wouldn’t work with our game, so rather than annoying you with bugs, we switched it off.
- There was an Issue where a screen pop-up displayed when it shouldn't when you booted up the game. That won’t happen any more. Good!
