While the portions given in each tab for entering case details is useful some are not included. In surgical approach the options given only apply for abdominal or thoracic cases so a lot of other cases can’t be entered because the case doesn’t added without entering one of the options. Either add all the options possible for the whole body or a better and easier options allow the user to write their own approach. While this is just 1 point I feel it’s a major one which is easily rectifiable.

one suggestion - kindly add column to paste intra op pics of surgery

The logs, the surgeon loves the sub coastal incision even for a haemorrhoids …….😂
