Great way to be introduced to topics and have a conceptual framework. The recordings themselves could be better but over episodes improve.

Very enjoyable and useful. The tune gets a little annoying lol. But that's a minor issue. I really like these. Ever thought of expanding them to do more detail for actual surgical trainees? I'd definately pay for that. From a surgical junior registrar. Uk

Im studying for my Physician Assistant Recertification Exam (PANRE), this is an excellent review for most general practice (FP, urgent Care, ER) PAs. I cant think of a better way to get insight into when to refer out then to get the surgeons point of view. I feel this app/podcast cuts out the chaff, so I can get the crux of the task at hand so I can get on with my day. After listening to an episode, if I have questions, I look up the answers. I cant think of a better way to study for my PANRE than this. Thanks to all the docs who put this together.
