## What is Surgery Care?

Surgery Care keeps you connected to your surgeon's practice — securely, in one place.

• Message the office about your care and recovery
• Message your surgeon directly for quick questions
• Request appointments at the location that works for you
• Ask the in-app assistant for information about your recovery and care
• Track your recovery with activity, heart-rate, and sleep trends from Apple Health / Health Connect, shared with your care team
• Attach medical images to your messages
• View your post-operative instructions

Surgery Care is for established patients of participating surgical practices. You sign in with the email or phone your practice has on file plus a one-time verification code.

Important: Surgery Care provides general information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The in-app assistant is for education only. It is not for emergencies — if you have a medical emergency, call 911.
