There are constant ads at the bottom of the screen, making it impossible to play as items are not available to pick up.

First of all I love the game however there are issues I’m not happy with which it causing me to delete the game. 
1. No option to get rid of ads
2. There is a constant ad banner across the top of the game screen that makes it hard to see the timer during timed missions
3. No options to contact support 

I would stay away from it if I were you.

The game play itself is quite fun but there are multiple adverts between levels. I had to delete this game.

Why is the most difficult part of this game the cleaning of the wound? It takes way too long for my son to get the wound clean before the time is up. I have attempted to do this myself, and realize this is a trick to make us watch videos.I get it. I get it. You have to pay for this somehow, but the video button is broken and we have to start surgery all over again.
