Keep getting notifications congaing the word surgery that pop up multiple times a day is an awful reminder and really pulls you down mentally rather than allowing to crack on with life and enjoy the journey, just drags you down and really negatively effects physical and mental well-being 0/5 if I could **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. It certainly isn’t and it has helped me enormously with my journey through the hip replacement surgery. It removed myths, provided real time information about what I needed to do to prepare for the operation. It also helped me understand how the surgery was going to work and what I should do post surgery. Having the coach as back up was comforting. I am now 3 and a half weeks post operation, walking with only one crutch and out of the excruciating pain I was experiencing. I still refer to the app and cannot speak highly enough of it.
