Then the long awaited “update” happened in 2020. Now it is so difficult to populate and ridden with bugs I would basically classify it as unusable. However, few month ago, you updated this app. Since then, it doesn’t work good. During entering a new cases, the screen turns grey and makes it very difficult with data entry. The only thing that needs to improve is that, the app should always go back to where you left of, not on the top of the most current entry/page, since you have to scroll down and back to where you left of.
