It is quite simply the easiest and most efficient way to fulfill all of these required tasks. It is a simple, straightforward and organized way to keep the many "lists" that one is required to keep for the certification of the center as well as good patient care. It makes it easy to keep track of supplies and to easily see expiration dates as well as when to order. As an RN of 36 years, I have seen many systems and after using this, I can't imagine going back to the days of pen and paper and lost lists.
