Colour definition in the app is not matched by the product - but for outdoor lights they are good enough. The biggest issue for me is scheduling. For the schedule to work you must have the app open and the s heduling page open. Otherwise they go on and off at random times. Not knowing which bulb is where, you should be able to click on and click off the same. First one can't be removed without starting over. In order to scroll up to get the last roll you drag multiple bulbs you didn't want but the undo feature is nice for that. But the undo and the arrow back but are close and if you hit the back butto, then you have to start all overbc you just exited out of your DIY. Also, selecting direction change in the app doesn't translate to the actual lights. Being in a wheelchair, this program allows me to control different lamps- not only on/off, but intensity and colors. I can choose a non intrusive nightlight, a brighter light to read by, or a step-less variable setting in between. It is ideal. The support, rarely needed, is responsive, providing clear explanation, resolving any question. Every time I connect my device to auto life it deletes it and I have to connect all over again and it never connects to my WiFi!!!!! Now bulbs are constantly disappearing and when re-added aren’t regrouped without having to redo everything from scratch. Sometimes they come on to the correct lighting scheme, sometimes something different. Our permanent outdoor lights have a controller that uses this app. My wife and I are both logged in under the same account. Her phone is connected to the lights with no issue. My phone tells me they are offline. We can only control the lights from her phone even though we’re logged in to the same account. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-12-21, version 1.6.7* I love the lights! But the app is the worst ever to come with spotlights. Opening the app never gets past the opening screen. It times out and always asks to retry. Customer service is totally unresponsive. They only ever responded to say to thru Amazon support. Amazon support only leads back to the business website. Very glad the remote works for manual operation! I am seeing they are making updates to fix bugs.
