## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 5/5 — Surrendering Anxiety

*2026-07-02*

Sitting with my anxiety, feeling it in my body and being guided through feeling and surrendering it was a perfect way to start my morning routine.

### 5/5 — Small App, Big Reflections

*2026-06-25*

Easy to use and navigate. The experience is simple yet thoughtful, and the exercises encourage meaningful reflection. Looking forward to seeing how the app continues to develop.

### 5/5 — Easy and Insightful

*2026-06-19*

This app was very easy/user friendly. It helped me locate where in my body I was holding anxiety. The image of the body where different pain points can be expressed was very helpful for me to identify where the pain points in my body were and where my anxiety sits. It was easy, practical tool to use throughout the day without much effort and allowed me to stay more attuned to how my anxiety moved through my body throughout the day. This is a very helpful tool for someone like me who is a life coach and can sometimes take on other people’s stress. It was helpful for me to separate what was my stress and what might be someone else’s that I worked with that day.

### 5/5 — My honest take!!

*2026-06-18*

This app is what the market wants - authenticity, real impact, and wholistic solutions to novel problems! I’m a regular consumer and Surrender is what I was looking for. It doesn’t replace anything- it accentuates the things that are working and build on what could work better!

### 5/5 — Naming and identifying an emotion is half the battle

*2026-06-18*

Take two minutes out of the day for yourself. Two less reels or YT Shorts gives you the space to focus on the challenge of the day. Surrender gives you easy access to a technique for identifying an emotion and by being present with it, gaining the control to examine or release it. The app is uncluttered and lets you get right to the benefits without a bunch of hype about biofeedback or too much philosophy. The quotes are on-point.
Could you practice this without the app?
Sure.
Will having an extra reminder and guided tour help you do it more often.
Probably.

### 5/5 — A cool app to help let go

*2026-06-18*

I stumbled upon this app because I was looking for something to help ground me during the day since it gets so hectic sometimes and I have to say Surrender did just that. It sends me a daily reminder to take a moment and break away for myself.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2026-06-18*

This is a great app for specifically identifying where in your body you are harboring tension and physical weight of emotion. Coming in quite anxious, it was helpful to pinpoint the exactly where this feeling resided in my body - felt much calmer afterwards. You can set daily reminders too!

### 5/5 — A Beautiful Tool for Grounding

*2026-06-18*

★★★★★

As a somatic practitioner, I love tools that help people reconnect with their bodies in simple, practical ways. This app does exactly that.

It gently guides you to notice what you’re feeling, slow down, and let go of some of the stress you’re carrying. The design is beautiful, the practice is simple, and it only takes a few minutes.

If you’re looking for an easy way to feel more grounded and calm, I highly recommend giving it a try.

### 5/5 — Beauty in simplicity

*2026-06-18*

So many of these apps have so many bells and whistles. This is a perfect pocket meditation for when you just need a quick release. As a person in recovery, sometimes I just need something to ground me and let the wave pass by. Surrender is perfect for that. I’m an early user and I’m sure some of the minor details will be buffed out, but what a useful tool.

### 5/5 — A Simple Practice That Helps

*2026-06-18*

Surrender has become part of my daily routine. I often use it when I’m carrying stress in my body, even something as simple as tension in my jaw, and it helps me pause, let go, and reconnect with myself.

I almost always feel lighter afterward, and the daily reminders are thoughtful and surprisingly well timed. The app is simple, beautifully designed, and never feels overwhelming. If you’re into mindfulness or just looking for a little more calm in your day, I think you’ll get a lot out of it.
