The app is good but what is disappointing is that the search of a book cannot be made by library. At the moment you search for a book, you get a list of results, then most of the times that book is not in your library but you need to open each result to find out. 
A search by library would be really appreciated

Mostly doesn’t load and freezes when opening. When it does load I cannot renew a book - either hangs or asks me repeatedly if I want to renew - press ‘yes’ and goes round and round in circles, but doesn’t renew the item

It’s always been clunky but now when I try to login I just get endless loading screens and when I hit the app support button that doesn’t work either! Come on guys, the library service should be an easy win for any council.

The app has been great for simple tasks like checking what books are due when, extending, paying overdue fees, placing reservations. Nothing too advanced, but good access to these basic tasks. It also allow for linking child account under the adult account

The app keeps constantly removing my children’s linked accounts. At least once a week a child is missing. I’ve stopped bothering to add them again.  The result of this is that it makes it much harder for me to renew their books and they’re constantly overdue. I’ve reported this so many times but it seems nobody can get to the bottom of it. It’s making borrowing books very difficult

Used to be excellent, but I now have to add my children’s cards what feels like almost every time I use the app as it seems to lose the link?

This app is no longer fit for purpose. I’ve been using it for years to renew my library books and have my daughter’s account linked. However, now every time I log on it has dropped her linked account, has logged me out, or repeatedly hangs then tells me the service is not available. Several times I have accrued fines because it appeared my books had renewed online but haven’t. Desperately needs an update.

Since this year the app keeps bumping my cards off the system. It has been very useful for placing reservations and renewing books for my children and although not easy to search for books in your area (filters are not great), in most instances I’ve been able to locate the book when visiting the correct library, saving me time.
