One does ask, why go to the effort of including a telemetry device on the bike when the app is such a waste of time?

1. to have the bike recognised I had to raise a support case to have the vin manually associated with the t-box. 

2. But oh, support only available in the app. 

3. app consistently refuses to load 

4. Telemetry has loaded once and will not load again.
