I had to purchased an annual subscription of 1299 last year and this year I wanted to renew it so I saw the option of a lifetime subscription so I took the lifetime subscription, but there was 5000 rupees in my Apple account so they drew out 2999 plus they also took 1299 because it was on auto pay. I don’t know if it’s a glitch from Apple or but I would like to request the developer. I would like to request Sanam to reverse this 1299 because I want to continue with the lifetime subscription which I’ve already paid for. We have sent you an email regarding how to get a refund. ### 4/5 — Very good app, but shy of great *2025-09-24* SurTaal - Alankar is an extremely useful practice aid. I’m very happy I found it. There are a few things that would allow it to rise to the level of “great” that it lacks: 1. It should allow for editing, copying and deletion of custom and preset alankars. One should have control over the addition and deletion of rests 2. Overall pitch should be adjustable up or down in increments of cents 3. There should be a choice of various melodic instruments such as harmonium, bansuri, sarangi, etc. With these additions it would easily be a 5 star app in my opinion. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! However, I’ve noticed a few issues. After locking the screen, the tabla often stops playing after a few seconds, and the string accompaniment may eventually turn off as well. Additionally, if I receive a call, the music stops and does not resume automatically afterward. For a paid version, this kind of behavior is unexpected.
