Trying to contact the developer of this app is unsuccessful, there’s a few things that the app doesn’t let you do, due to the way it’s built, buttons placed I. Certain areas, I wanted to send a screenshot to the developer but I have been unsuccessful. Please Surterra have someone go through every nook and cranny of the app and you’ll see the failure

App is okay but definitely needs work, I don’t understand how MÜV can get it right but AYR or Surterra cant!! Carts & vapes are great but way too pricey at times, deals barely pop up. Plus the rewards they got set up are terrible, a pre roll?? Like redo your rewards to where you get a cart, because the weed was not that good.

I ordered through the app multiple times. Now, for an unknown reason, the last two orders were cancelled with no reason given. I went to the store to see if I could get an explanation and there was none. They could see that I ordered it and then it was cancelled but no explanation as to why. Extremely disappointing. I am going to skip ordering from Surterra for a while until they can get a decent app.

For some reason the shop isn’t an actual shop like with Green Dragon, it’s more so just a way to view what’s in stock for when u physically get there. Because it just loads the website, and if you try to check out, despite already being logged into the app you have to log in again and it will just load forever. So you can never check out or actually do anything with the app. Genuine trash.

I hate this app.  I’ve ordered 2 times and both did not give me loyalty points and the buying and paying process is very cumbersome.  I’m done, I’ll just find something else as the last time I couldn’t even get it delivered for some unknown reason.  The store is great, but I can’t always get there - so the app and delivery are huge.

No, but really … I’ve missed out on a lot sales & certain products that actually really work for me because of this 😔. Sold out by the time I get to checkout. IF I can even make it there. The app Refreshes every .5-30 seconds. I’m not even being remotely dramatic. Literally. Non stop refreshing. & Definitely an issue w/ the app , not my phone.  This didn’t happen until the “update”. I’ve done all the things to assure it isn’t my phone. It really is near impossible to even GLANCE into a category before it refreshes AGAIN much less actually get a *correct* order in before what I really need is sold out 😭.   Please … I beg you.  Please fix this.  

Note: I absolutely LOVE my local Surterra & adore 99% of the staff. It’s the only dispensary I’ve even gone to in 5+ years. Loyal af. & for good reason! Great , Reliable Staff, products & sales !        & I’m definitely going to come back to make sure the rating matches the app.  I really do love Surterra. 🫶

Can’t use the app anymore.  Every minute it kicks you out of the app even if you’re logged in.  It will log you out when this happens and you will need to log back in.

I love my local Surterra SO MUCH, best shop around in my opinion. But I unfortunately am finding their updated app unusable… logs me out every 30 seconds and sends me back to the homepage which also makes it impossible to do the “pay by bank” option. It wasn’t the best app previously, but the recent update has literally made it unusable :( I often go to curaleaf now instead just because their app is great and allows me to easily order ahead. I hope they fix this soon.

I hate to drop a one star on anything related to this great dispensary. However, since I’m rating the app, one star is most appropriate. I’ve never been so frustrated with any app I’ve ever had on my phone. Maybe it’s a tactic to make us need to smoke weed about it? Way too many bugs. Sends me back to home page after about 10 seconds of shopping. Sometimes makes me log in several times even though I’m using a saved password. Oh yeah and can sometimes take a lifetime to realize I’m in a legal area to even let me shop. I’ll just be a walk-in til this gets sorted out.

they “fixed” the app. and they added pay by bank. this has refreshed and restarted on me 6 times now. 6.  i gave up! it’s not worth it! i am just going to another dispensary! clearly you dont want my money.

The dispensary is amazing, but what’s really amazing is how you’ve managed to make your POS app work even WORSE than before. Keeps jumping locations in the middle of ordering. Fix your app or don’t launch it.

i had to talk to support chat  THREE times to get signed up for the rewards. the first 2 times didn’t work. pls make it easier, or something i can do in store. it doesn’t need to be this hard. i almost stopped using this dispensary because i couldn’t get signed up for the points. they gave me points for all of my past purchases, so that is very much appreciated. the first person i talked to said i couldn’t.

Surterra without a doubt has the best customers and vibe but this app is terrible and almost pointless. I forgot to shop there sometimes because of how much i hate the app.

I love the selection and service in the store, but the app is unbelievably useless.  It glitches constantly and with varying ways, not just one or two. Some issues I’ve experienced are selections not staying in the “cart” while I continue to shop, and the app refusing to open because it doesn’t know where I am (my full address and preferred store are entered).  Hopefully a new app will be developed soon to enable a better experience with online shopping and purchasing.  Surterra… please get on this, you’re losing customers because of this horrendous app.

So I downloaded this app went through the process of registering then of course comes the 2 factor. They send the code iOS copied it perfect pasted it in and there is no way to drop the keypad so you can hit verify. Maybe I’ll try on my iPad later.

Not sure the point of this app. It tracks your location even when you’re not using the app which drains your battery, not sure why they do this. The “shop” feature is just the new website framed pop-up in the app, which causes scrolling problems, doesn’t remember items in your basket if you exit out, etc. As of right now until they make the app more useful than just the website and update their constant location tracking, it’s not worth it.

Surterra the company is wonderful. I haven’t had a single bad experience. Surterra’s app is one of the worst I’ve ever used, and it’s definitely the most pointless. After linking my existing account I have 433 message notifications; I assume one for every email I’ve been sent since signing up? All the ‘messages’ say that I can’t read the email on the app - what the heck is the point, then? And why do I have to click each and every one individually to clear it, especially when it takes ten seconds or so to clear after clicking it? Also, why bother having a shop section if you’re just going to take me to a browser to log in again? Seriously, what is the point of this app? The current use seems to be to alert me to an email I have to open in my email app, and see how many loyalty points I have before I’m redirected to shop in a browser. It’s easier to just NOT use this app, and that’s not good. You all wasted your money developing this.
