If they do get back to my complain (extremely) unlikely I can change my rating if they fix this issue. Until then I will b reporting them to the App Store and next step will be a police report. And they pay to your bank account, for me it takes 24 hours to process. Pure profile took a month to hit my account. I like the 15c when you don’t qualify and the $5 withdrawal limits.
