Up until this point the game has been a nice distraction game to play.

Every time I open the game, my data is deleted and I have to start from the beginning

When you quit the game and go to open it again, all of your progress is lost and brings you back to the intro/beginning. I tried updating my OS, deleting and redownloading twice, nothing. In settings it says I was successfully signed in!

Too bad because I was enjoying it.

I play this game it’s a great time killer so I decided to get the no adds feature, maybe someone there could tell me exactly what adds you have stopped or did you just take my money, every reward add anything I do still has an add so when you purchase the no adds feature it actually means what developers help me out here or false advertising sounds kinda like what that is.

I loved this game even though it was “buggy” I bought the frost smg and sold a ton of stuff to lvl it up beyond measure because it was fun…but then you guys did an update that removed ALL of my equipment tickets, and zeroed out the WP on all but my weakest weapons.

You need to fix this if you want any stars and a decent review

I was actually enjoying this game, enough to spend a few dollars to avoid the adds. However, the game froze and when I reloaded it, I had to start all over and my purchased items are gone! The restore purchase button on the menu does nothing and there’s no customer support feature in the game so I’m out the couple of dollars but also out the time spent leveling up. This game needs a save progress and support feature. Not worth the time or energy if you continually have to start over

Bei jedem Neustart des Spiels wird der Fortschritt zurückgesetzt. Vielleicht liegt das am Offline-Modus aber wenn ich es Offline nicht soielen kann, dann kann das Spiel auch wieder komplett weg!

I just played it after a while of not playing it i got to the end of one level and i clicked an ad to get this legendary loot box I clicked it and went through the ad and then the game froze up and i exited out and restarted it and it reset everything like i just got the game i clicked restore purchases and it didn’t do anything i hope someone can help me on this

 Update. Still happening. I log in, do a couple levels. Log out for a day and it resets progress to level 1. Am I the only one this is happening to? Crazy…

This game looks like it's in beta mode. The UI is confusing and should be changed in nearest update. Ads are soo annoying that you want to get ride of this game after few rounds. I see some potential in it but not in this state.

It's a great game and I enjoy it quite a bit but this last update wiped out my skull coins. I had over 900 saved of the 1100 I needed to buy the 5000 gun at the top of the stairs, after the latest update I opened the game and I had 24. That made me pretty angry.
