However your app is a pain to book room service. Could I hell. Only offered me options to click and collect (whatever that means) and book a room when im already staying here. Was expecting an order from menu button, searched high and low, but no sign. Fortunately alert staff realised there was a problem and took the order in the old fashioned way.
