## What is Surya Time?

Clocks and time zones are useful, but they don't tell you much about the actual day. 3:00 PM feels completely different in the middle of summer than it does in dead winter.

Surya Time gives you a different way to look at time. Instead of locking you into a grid, it tracks the sun from the exact spot you are standing. It takes your daylight from sunrise to sunset and divides it into 12 natural hours, stretching out during long summer days and shrinking in the winter. At a glance, you always know exactly where you are in the day.

I really love the widget, when travelling around it changes its times. I love seeing how much time for the sun is left and when the sun is at its highest.

For my photos I love seeing where exactly and when the sun comes up for planning a trip.

I just like the design, I would wish for a new future though:

A sunrise and sunset time to see the golden hour or something. Thank you I love it.
