Sadly, this app is more frustrating than helpful.  Recording miles, even when synced with Apple, is hit or miss. Some weeks nothing gets recorded, even when I’ve: clicked on “re-sync data”, closed the app and reopened it, and deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled it.  Sometimes it takes a day for the mileage walked to appear, other times a week!  This last stretch of time?  It took over one month for each walk to be logged. 

The same holds true for fundraising totals.  It’s hit or miss whether the totals are the actual amount!

Honestly, this *should* be such an incredible tool for those of us training and fundraising for the 3-Day — please help make it so?

Sadly, this app is more frustrating than helpful.  Recording miles, even when synced with Apple, is hit or miss. Some weeks nothing gets recorded —even when click on re-sync data, close the app and reopen it, my miles do not show up.  Sometimes for a day, sometimes for a week!  I have deleted the app and reinstalled numerous times.  I’ve restarted my phone and reinstalled.  Nothing changes.  

The same holds true for fundraising totals.  It’s hit or miss whether the totals are the actual amount!

Honestly, this *should* be such an incredible tool for those of us training and fundraising for the 3-Day — please help make it so?

I am very disappointed in your fundraising page. I have had many people donate
And it shows I have raised 0. This is very disappointing for a cause that means so much to me.

It says raised 9% but shows zero dollars. 
It doesn’t show any anonymous donations and it refreshes a million times when you log on. Oh and by the way if you were logged on already then it is frozen until you close and re log on.

Can’t send emails out.  Just tried with email addresses and could t send.  Waste of time.  Not sure how u can fundraise if can’t send from sight.   Dumb

I downloaded the app because SGK said it would be useful, but it really only tells you how much you raised and how much your team has raised. For anything actually functional you need to use the website. 

I was shown icons for badges I had earned, but no way to understand what the icons mean?? I deleted the app because I don’t need to waste memory on my phone.

I loved this app when I first downloaded a month ago. The new update is terrible. It’s aesthetically unappealing. It moves slower, you can’t see your individual team progress or any relevant information and it was overall a huge downgrade. Use the website, it’s much better.

Hate the new update. Can’t see individual team members. I now have to go to the website to get most of the good info I used to get on the app. Terrible change to an app that was quite good prior to the update.

The new version makes me sign in every time even though I checked the remember me button. I can’t see any of my teammates names.

I use the app to thank my donors but the app never shows the donors have been thanked.  I have to go to my email to be sure a thank you message was sent.

I love the quick reference to the team's fundraising, but it says my teammates are not using the app although 2 of them are.

I use to use the App more frequently; however, since the recent update I find myself using it less and less.  I now have to sign in every time even though I’ve clicked the remember me button. I also don’t like that I can not see the progress of individual teammates like I use to be able to.  It’s just not as helpful and user friendly as it use to be.
