Code not recognised. There is absolutely no point promoting a loyalty scheme app that doesn’t recognize your purchases. Epic fail! ### 1/5 — Needs to have ingredients removal. *2025-11-17* So in store you can make changes by removing ingredients (I know you can’t add items) as I have a slight allergy to cucumber ( it makes me sneeze) You should be able to make removal notes on orders. This app would be great if it wasn’t for this issue. 😕 ### 3/5 — FYI: App not in communication with the store *2024-01-25* Hi. I ordered a click and collect from the app to my local store (Windsor branch). It was all paid via the app and the app was easy to use. I chose a time to collect. But when I got there they had not received my order and said they were not part of the app. They did not believe I had ordered and paid via the app. I had to show proof of payment from my bank (along with my order number) in order to convince them to give me my sushi. They told me not to use the app for click and collect and just come in person and pick stuff off the shelf if I were to come again. So something went wrong in terms of communication between app and store fyi. Managed to get my sushi and my stamps in the end. So it was all good.
