The app doesn’t show any pickup details, eg.date/time/which store/pickup name. The order number shown in the app is useless as it is not the number you can tell the staff when pickup. For one of my order, I received the notification on the next day after the pickup day. There is no clear instructions on how to use the loyalty points, I can never redeem my points when doing the payment.

you cannot see date of pickup or store from which you have ordered in the app? Those are  important obvious details.  Something to sort out.

Won’t let me save credit card details so I can’t pay. Tried to scan card and it populates the fields but still details did not save
