I have deleted and reinstalled the app and hard closed it so many times. You used to get an entire month to use the free cake slice but now I had a week to use. Plus it wasn’t even my birthday week but several weeks before my birthday. But this time was disappointing because they gave us the wrong pie. We ordered a pumpkin cheesecake and whipped cream on the side but received a pumpkin pie and no whip. That said, why bother with an app in the first place. At a minimum, it shouldn’t expire within a mere month! Some of us don’t live near your bakeries, we travel to get there and should be given more time to use rewards. So I got it for my sisters birthday. When we got it the frosting appeared over whipped. The flavor of the cake was subpar at best, nothing special, and the berries in the filling were sour.
