## What is Susuro Feelings Tracker?

Our Feelings Tracker allows you to effortlessly record how you feel throughout the day. Just long-press on the prompt, enter how you're feeling at that moment, and that's it! No need to even open the app.

Behind the scenes, the Feelings Tracker app will record how you feel and provide actionable insight into how your mood changes at different times of the day, throughout the week, and daily over weeks and months. Plus, you'll be able to easily visualize on a map where you feel good or bad. Finally, if you use a health tracker that connects to Apple HealthKit, you can see how your daily activity and sleep levels connect with how you feel.

Any information you enter is secure by design - there are no servers, and everything you enter exists only on your personal device. At any time you can go to Settings and delete all of your data.
