## What is Susy?

Susy is a simple way for restaurants and small teams to plan shifts and stay organized.

FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS
• Create shifts in a few taps and assign them to your staff
• Add tasks to a shift so everyone knows what needs to get done
• Set an acceptance deadline and leave a note for the person taking the shift
• Organize your team into departments with their own shift types
• Save shift and task templates to reuse them later
• Invite members by phone number and manage your team in one place
• See the full schedule and filter it by who is working
• Review completed shifts and their history

FOR STAFF
• Get notified when a shift is offered to you
• Accept or decline a shift from your phone
• See your upcoming shifts and the tasks for each one
• Check off tasks and complete the shift when you are done
• Message your team directly in the app
