Very disorganized. Stay clear ### 1/5 — Be warned billing is a scam *2026-07-28, version 1.0.17* Be aware that even if you pay for the subscription initially through the App Store, they automatically enroll you in additional subscriptions that have to be cancelled via the website. Cancelling through the App Store doesn’t make a difference and they’ll hit you for $80 in additional subscriptions even if you cancel through the App Store before the trial period is up. Had to call my bank to report the fraudulent charges. That’s not even what I signed up for. Disgusting. Found out later (similar to others) I had been signed up for two different subscriptions despite getting confirmations they were cancelled. Took 3 emails to get a response from the support team and then 4 more emails repeatedly asking for a refund which I should not have had to do given the fact that I cancelled the trial subscription. This company is a scam and is not in line with Buddhist teachings. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-07-15, version 1.0.17* Overcharged multiple times within a week when I signed up for 1 x monthly charges. No response from support and unable to cancel with bank and only option is to cancel card as cannot get explanation or refund. Not only is it incredibly expensive for what it offers, but I also experienced what I consider to be unacceptable billing practices. I cancelled my subscription, yet my account was reactivated without my knowledge or consent—not once, but twice. Each time I was charged approximately $40 USD despite having already cancelled. Having to dispute unauthorized charges is frustrating, time-consuming, and completely undermines any trust I had in this company. Whether this is due to incompetence or something more concerning, consumers should be extremely cautious. No company should reactivate a cancelled subscription and charge customers without their explicit authorization. I clicked ok and didn’t like the app. I cancelled it same day and now I have been charged $39.99 twice!! This feels like a scam and it’s so crazy it comes in the form of Buddhism. The app definitely uses AI for the voice and the stories aren’t that great. Give me money back please!! I then discovered that multiple subscriptions/charges had been taken from my bank account that I did NOT authorise. I’ve now reported the transactions as suspected fraud and am disputing them with my bank. There are also other customer reports describing unexpected multiple subscriptions and charges. I thought I had canceled my subscription, but I only canceled the yearly plan and was still being charged for the monthly plan. That kind of setup is misleading and makes it far too easy for users to continue paying unintentionally.
