Downloaded the app so I didn’t have to carry all the families separate library cards with me and could see all our loan/hold details in one place but I’m finding it repeatedly unlinks accounts and I’m forced to add again and again. Can a bug fix please be rolled out??

The app does not recognise either my card no. or barcode on my card. When I log into my account online, it cannot show me my checked out items or holds. Hopefully this IT issue will be corrected soon.
