I also don’t like that. Can't get anything to reset my account. No support whatsoever. Sutter sucks ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2026-08-20, version 11.7.2* I’m currently in the middle of more than an hour of trying to troubleshoot multiple issues with the app (login, billing, linking my child’s account) and just keep getting transferred back and forth between one chat and another. I have also had multiple issues with receiving information via the app that I was told I would receive by phone or by email, and have missed important info by not checking the app when I didn’t believe I needed to. I really wish that critical healthcare info were not left up to checking a poorly functioning app! US healthcare is a dystopian hellscape! ### 5/5 — Very chop chop pre- operation paperwork! *2026-08-20, version 11.7.2* Santa Rosa Surgery & Endoscopy Center - An awesome and patient friendly place to have my procedure done! Once I stepped into the place, was greeted by the receptionist ( very friendly ) , the Pre-op team- Ms Linda, Ms Sidra ( both very friendly too and makes one feel at ease stat! ) and one of the RN that gave Nurse Linda her breaks , so sorry I forgotten your name . She has placed an IV line for me, very skillful and efficient!was Chop chop too ! Thank you very much! OR Team- Mr Troy, Mr Anthony, Ms Amy, Ms Amelia, Dr Howe and Dr Kuhn Post-op Team- Ms Denise RN, O the other RN that helped me put my socks and shoes on! I thank you and appreciate each one of you for giving me such a short and fantastic experience! Keep up the awesome job! Sutter is now saying I owe $1100 for a routine mammogram? WTH since when? Who is dropping the ball here? When I call Tricare they say that Sutter needs to resubmit. When I call Sutter they say tricare needs to call.
