App signs you out every so
Often and be careful depositing checks. Half the time it won’t even save and submit the check for review. Better to just take it and deposit the check in person. Sutton is being left behind by other banks fast.

Two step authentication is a joke and this app wants me to call the main number waste a bunch of time on the phone getting it figured out the web portals a lot better resources wasted on making this app

The app barely loads right and for the last 3 days it won’t let me into the app at all. I’m deleting and re-downloading to see if that helps. The last one before the new release worked way better.

It doesn’t give a running available balance like the old app did, so you really don’t know what is in your account. The new bill pay is great!!! The look is good! But I really want that running balance back!
