Mir wurde eine kostenlose Testphase angeboten, jedoch wurde mir direkt der volle Jahresbeitrag abgebucht, ohne dass ich die App zuvor kostenlos testen konnte. Das war zunächst sehr ärgerlich. Ich habe die App dann trotzdem genutzt – und war inhaltlich wirklich überzeugt. Vor allem die Livestreams (Yoga, Pilates und später auch Rückbildung) sind richtig gut, professionell angeleitet und für die Schwangerschaft sehr wertvoll. Genau deshalb habe ich die App auch gerne und regelmäßig genutzt. Seit der Namensänderung der App im Dezember kann ich mich jedoch nicht mehr in meinen Account einloggen – angeblich existiert dieser nicht mehr. Dieses Problem besteht nun seit über einem Monat. Trotz Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst und Vorlage eines Kaufbelegs konnte mir bislang keine Lösung angeboten werden. Besonders frustrierend ist das, weil meine Schwangerschaft bald endet und ich die App seit über sechs Wochen nicht nutzen kann, obwohl sie vollständig bezahlt ist. Sehr schade – die Inhalte, insbesondere die Livestreams, sind wirklich stark. Wir bieten tatsächlich eine kostenlose Probewoche an – ideal, wenn du die App erst einmal testen möchtest, bevor du dich entscheidest. Um diese zu aktivieren, muss der Schalter „Kostenlose Testversion” manuell aktiviert werden. Es scheint, dass dies in diesem Fall möglicherweise nicht ausgewählt wurde. Da wir das Zahlungssystem von Apple verwenden, muss das Abonnement von dir über Apple Pay bestätigt werden. Dabei zeigt Apple deutlich an, wann die kostenlose Testphase endet und ab wann Kosten anfallen.
