検索して見つけ数年使っています。
登録等しないでお客様が使えるので便利で助かっています。
欲を言えばお客様が予約を取る際にコメントできるようになったら嬉しいです。
あとは開く際に時間がかかるのでログインしたままにできたらなーとは思います。
でも概ね満足しています！

個人サロンでサロンボード連携が必要ない方にはお勧めすぎるweb予約システムです。安価なのに必要な機能はしっかり備わっています。
特に気に入ってる点は、お客様が予約する際にアプリのインストールやログインが必要なく、それでいてお客様自身で予約の変更やキャンセルがweb上で簡単にできる点です。これでLINEや電話などのレセプション業務が減らせるのは個人サロンにとってとてもありがたいです！！しかもこの値段で！！
機能豊富で高価な予約システムが多い中で、簡単シンプルで安価なのに痒い所にしっかり手が届くSuzumeはまさに「こういうのが欲しかったんです！！」というweb予約システムです。

追加されたら嬉しい点は、カラーテーマに優しいくすみカラー系が増えたらというのと、メニューカテゴリーごとに色分けができたらメニュー数が多い場合も見分けやすいなという点です。
ですが、今のままでも充分感謝してます！作って下さってありがとうございます！！どうか末永く続けていただけたら助かります！！
