Small User Noticeable Bug Fixes or Improvements:
- Show/Hide button state would reset after UI fade-out.
- Returning to the Feed View and selecting a new video would cause the Timeline scrubber to jump between the two video states.
- Added 'Tag Recommendation' debug mode, which will display the tags and their confidence ratings in a pop-up view to help with custom tuning of the sensitivity thresholds.
- Added App-level error handling to display what error is returned to the user.

Performance:
- Added debouncing to the Timeline scrubber when dragging to avoid constant updates while dragging.
- Pre-Compute and Cache the Queue order and navigation.
