It is impossible to cancel the monthly subscription. They have continually charge me for a year on a monthly basis with not way to cancel through the app. When I go to their website and try to log in it says my account doesn’t exist even though I am using the same log in that I use for the app and the same information from the app. I do not recommend.

I tried to connect the doorbell to my Wi-Fi three separate times two different ways. None of which worked. I tried customer service. All they do is send you to their website that has no links to talk to anybody at all.

I don’t know if the older versions had a lot of bugs,  but we just bought two solar cameras.  When I saw the 2.8 rating for this app I was concerned,  but it’s worked great so far for us.

We bought the solar panel ones and I was concerned I’d have little idea of how well they’re charging,  but there’s even graphs showing how much the charge goes up by time of day,  which is great.  

I’m impressed so I felt like I should try write a review.

The cameras are easy to set up through the app. The app is easy to navigate through, and there are many settings to use to get the cameras to work how you want it to. 

After the recent update the app has gotten slower. There are extremely long delays to pan the cameras than there was before.

This app and the device are not working properly. I even subscribed to their monthly cloud service hoping that it would fix the issues. However, after ordering the subscription service, the app stopped working and there’s no option to cancel the subscription. Waste of time and money!
