I’ve been to every branch and every one of them is First Class. They are pleasant, helpful,
professional and obviously love their jobs. I’ve done business with SVB when they were operating out of a trailer on W. 4th St.

The speed of this new app is top notch, everything is well organized, or you can re-organize it yourself. Kudos to the design team for their well thought out and well designed update. I no longer dread logging onto my Sauk Valley Bank account and waiting forever for stuff to load. If your phone has Face ID recognition, it takes only 2 seconds for the app to load and log into your account, and you’re ready to go with everything you need at a glance right on the screen. It is seriously fast. Again, thanks Sauk Valley team for the wonderful app.
