To get the exercises all I’ve found is a list and written description of how to perform those exercises…no pictures or videos to follow…definitely not worth the money. What a waste. At least it was only 1 payment. ### 1/5 — Zero *2026-07-14* This app is hard to figure out and it runs slow. It charged me again 1 week after I installed and already paid the initial fee. I didn’t even ask or agree to start a premium subscription… cancel my subscription! ### 5/5 — It’s all in there you just have to put the time and effort in. *2026-06-14* Love this AP. You have to put time into it to learn where everything is but once you use it daily it’s easy. This program rocks!!! The community is so supportive, the recipes are delicious. The workouts are very easy to follow the coaches talk you through it. Seriously this program is a game changer, once again you have to want it and put effort in. ### 3/5 — Emails from Svelte *2026-06-09, version 8.269.126* I’ve unsubscribed to emails from the site as I’m just not comfortable with way that are worded. Things like ‘to be honest with you L.., my team said that I shouldn’t extend…..’ and ‘ok L…,you win….’ come across a little passive aggressive. I’m happy with the site and the content that I have signed up for, but when I don’t want to sign up for anything in addition, or to be involved in phone conversations, I don’t expect to receive emails like that. Maybe I’m being too sensitive, but I just don’t like it, or need it. Also, the amount of emails I’ve been receiving is crazy. ### 5/5 — Variety is endless & Support is Amazing *2026-06-09* Best purchase I have ever made. The programs and the exercises are positively great , but trying to move around with in the app is difficult for me . Especially when they are doing challenges . ### 2/5 — Cannot sign in *2026-06-08, version 8.244.146* Paid for 2 programmes cannot sign in as app needs IOS 17 to update and I can’t get it due to older phones have emailed at least 20 times keep sending me around in circles last contact had reply saying tried to phone you today didn’t no record of missed call very disappointed in this feel like I’ve spent money I could have spent elsewhere ### 5/5 — Succeed with weight goal *2026-06-02* This has been so helpful. I signed up for the one and done- one time purchase and expected a one time charge- there is no way on the app to cancel this.
