I chose pescatarian but still have tons of other meat and a lot of canned tuna. Not realistic long term. App is a little clunky. Love, Svelte Team ### 2/5 — Terrible *2026-07-27* Got sucked into their video on social media, filled out my hormonal profile, & paid for the One and Done…(thinking I’d get a detailed hormonal profile and maybe some video exercises to watch) Their app is not user friendly…my hormonal profile was just them telling me cortisol was my problem (after they asked me to fill the profile out again). To get the exercises all I’ve found is a list and written description of how to perform those exercises…no pictures or videos to follow…definitely not worth the money. What a waste. At least it was only 1 payment. ### 2/5 — Unsure *2026-07-07* Started the one to one program 14 days ago and so far feeling no change. Feel like I’m also losing muscle on arms. Will give it the 28 days. ### 3/5 — Emails from Svelte *2026-06-09* I’ve unsubscribed to emails from the site as I’m just not comfortable with way that are worded. Things like ‘to be honest with you L.., my team said that I shouldn’t extend…..’ and ‘ok L…,you win….’ come across a little passive aggressive. I’m happy with the site and the content that I have signed up for, but when I don’t want to sign up for anything in addition, or to be involved in phone conversations, I don’t expect to receive emails like that. Maybe I’m being too sensitive, but I just don’t like it, or need it. Also, the amount of emails I’ve been receiving is crazy. ### 3/5 — Great app *2026-06-08* I love the programs I have overall , I just find it hard to navigate the app it to find what I am actually looking for . The programs and the exercises are positively great , but trying to move around with in the app is difficult for me . Especially when they are doing challenges . ### 2/5 — Cannot sign in *2026-06-08* Paid for 2 programmes cannot sign in as app needs IOS 17 to update and I can’t get it due to older phones have emailed at least 20 times keep sending me around in circles last contact had reply saying tried to phone you today didn’t no record of missed call very disappointed in this feel like I’ve spent money I could have spent elsewhere ### 2/5 — Rip off *2026-05-02, version 8.261.97* All they want you to do is buy questionable supplements every week. Useless as far as I’m concerned ### 4/5 — Pauses *2026-03-29* This program is easy and great for someone with an autoimmune disease. My problem is the app pauses often enough that I get frustrated. I work as an IT Consultant, thus I know it is not my internet. Our in home Wi-Fi router handles 5 g and the line coming in the house is fiber optics. I’m also working on a iPad with no other apps open. I even have an app that cleans the cache so I’m not sure what is happening. I need this to work. It’s not easy to see what will I be getting, the app takes you to a website format and once again not clear no see the product. Just lots of media but nothing clear about the program. They constantly want you to upgrade and a personal couch can cost up $2000 cad for the year. It’s not a quick workout app, constantly asking you to upgrade and way too much clutter on the app… very disappointing. Worst user experience, and for all the fitness apps out there, this one is not set up for the user to succeed. They were quick to send me emails prompting me to set up, but haven’t replied to my request to cancel. I didn’t even ask or agree to start a premium subscription… cancel my subscription! ### 1/5 — Warning *2026-05-20* Warning- don’t get sucked in. I signed up for the one and done- one time purchase and expected a one time charge- there is no way on the app to cancel this. Charged my account for two months while I was trying to cancel. Complained to customer support. Hopefully they can give me my $100 plus back. Ridiculous! Marketed as $15/month and then more than triples the next month. You have to put time into it to learn where everything is but once you use it daily it’s easy. This program rocks!!! The community is so supportive, the recipes are delicious. Their guidance is done in a way that does not make you feel guilty when you eat something that is not on the list. This program is not about perfection, it is about making progress! The step by step meal planning has been so helpful to me. I LOVE the color coded foods list used along with the meal planner. It is so easy to follow. Who really has time for weighing everything? The simple Palm, Fist, Thumb rule that I learned gets my meal prep so easy! If you have a day where you need a little more motivation, there is either a live coaching Call/Zoom or you can go back to watch a previously recorded one. Don’t want to go to the Gym for a workout. You can participate in one from your own home each and every day if you would like. They are short, sweet and get the job done quickly!😁 I am a 71 year old Permanent Substitute Teacher in a High School and this program has allowed me the ability to keep up with them. This program would be great for anyone! It does not matter your age, dietary needs or your physical ability.
