It says it is sending it, but I am not getting it. ### 1/5 — Worst service - taxi didn't arrive *2017-09-01, version 2.5.2* App is fine but would advise against using 020. Booked a taxi that didn't turn up and no notification from 020 to say it wasn't coming. Customer service team incredibly rude. Idk ### 4/5 — Works great *2016-06-17* Easy to use and useful features. ### 4/5 — a few issues but it works *2012-09-28, version 1.0* app has a few issues but otherwise it works well. issues are - 1) no option to change into english language 2) it asks if it can use my gps position but when you say no, it asks again about six times 3) on second screen of a booking, it gives time you booked time and expected pickup time - on third screen, it add an hour on to these times (but the taxi does come now) 4) the app support directs you to the taxi website so no way to contact developers ! ### 5/5 — Excellent Service *2019-03-03* I got picked this morning at scheduled time and got drove from Nygatan 67 to Umeå Airport with the reservation number: 9680726. Driver was impeccable, elegant and very efficient! Way to go ! Thanks ! Choosing pickup and drop-off points is easy by address or picking from a map. The App works out the journey time so it tells you when you should leave for the airport, for example. Fare calculation and easy payment by Credit Card through the app. Receipt emailed to you immediately afterwards.
