Very easy to figure out on how to use, but is extremely terrible to use on Apple Silicon and you basically need to do command-S with EVERY keystroke to not lose your work due to it taking forever to save (and thus forcing a force quit).

Fonctionne correctement. Je n’ai pas rencontre tous les problèmes décrits par certains. Mais ça reste un peu sommaire et pas vraiment dégrossi (genre on trouve des options non implémentés dans les menus). Mais surtout ce qui manque c’est une possibilité d’importation de fichiers jpg ou png pour pouvoir les convertir, ce qui serait mon usage principal de ce genre d’outils.

I tried a couple of times. As soon as I click on Export as PNG it stops responding.

Also the zooming on the image is clunky and could be improved

None of the contents of any of the files we tried to edit with this worked at all. All just opened with no content and couldn’t be edited.

It says: You don’t have permission to save the file “new_image.svg” in the folder “resource”
I tried checking security permission in the iPad but the app is not there to grant access. So basically impossible to use.

App inutilisable. Il se passe des actions au clic qui ne sont pas demandées, qui sont impossible à undo, et le undo/redo en général fait juste n’importe quoi. Parfois il redo des choses qui n’ont jamais existé. Pire l’app indique avoir sauvé le fichier alors que ce n’est pas le cas, et une fois sur deux l’app freeze à la sauvegarde. On se demande comment ça peut passer le filet de l’app store.

I was looking forward to using a (free) SVG editor on my iPad, but I can't even create an empty document:  error opening 'new_image.svg' in folder 'resources' (or something similar to that).  Too bad; I was prepared to give an in-depth review and give it the benefit of the doubt...

The whole apple developer id gatekeeping and for what? To allow this kind of junk in the App Store? Even basic functionality like undo doesnt work properly. A waste of time.

Открывается приложение и нужно выбрать «документ». НО! Выбрать его невозможно потому что…и тут надо додумать. Возможно не подходит формат? Но это папка самого приложения с простыми семплами. Если закрыть окно в файлами, будет предупреждение что файл выбрать все же нужно и для этого надо нажать на кнопку, которой на черном пустом экране нет. Занавес!

After my Vectornator app was replaced by Curve, I wanted a no-nonsense app to make small changes to SVG files. This fits the need and is fantastic for a free app. I want to buy the developer a coffee, drink, or something!

This was the first thing that popped up when i searched "SVG editor" and was exactly what i needed. Took a moment to realize i needed to ungroup the items before i could edit pieces individually, but once i did that, i was editing SVGs and done in a few minutes. Great tool!

This application is so beautiful and simple to use. I can change canvas size at any moment just by moving mouse up and down on pixel number. Also curve and point editing can be done by clicking the object, no extra tool needed. This program can speed up my work. Of course it lacks bells and whistles, but the svg format is so universal. It can be read by almost any other vector drawing program. Bravo!

If you create any text and try to go through the various fonts, hovering over each one doesn’t change the text. So you have to select a font to see it.

Problem being that once you select a new font, the font selector hangs so you can no longer select a new font.

When you select text and try to convert it to path so it works in Apple’s Icon Maker, the text disappears.
