## What is SVIP Intelbras?

O SVIP Intelbras é um aplicativo gratuito exclusivo para o sistema SVIP 2000, ele permite que o morador do condomínio atenda chamadas originadas do PVIP 2216 com áudio e vídeo através de seu smartphone de onde estiver, possibilitando a comunicação com suas visitas e abertura remota das portas com um simples toque.
O aplicativo permite ainda a visualização em tempo real das imagens geradas pelos vídeo porteiros PVIP 2216, instalados no condomínio. 
Para ativar o uso do aplicativo, é necessário que o apartamento tenha uma TVIP da Linha SVIP 2000: TVIP 2220 ou TVIP 2221.
Para um perfeito funcionamento do aplicativo, é imprescindível que os vídeo porteiros PVIP 2216 e Terminais de vídeo TVIP 2221/2220 instalados em seu condomínio estejam conectados à internet com conexão de boa qualidade e com largura de banda mínima de upload e download 50Mbps disponível.
O smartphone do usuário do aplicativo também deve estar conectado à internet com conexão de boa qualidade.
O aplicativo SVIP Intelbras é de uso exclusivo para moradores de condomínios com o sistema SVIP 2000 instalado. 
Fazem parte da linha SVIP 2000 os produtos: PVIP 2216, TVIP 2221, TVIP 2220, XR 2201.

Após mudar para o iPhone 17 o app não funciona mais (não toca no celular quando recebo chamada do interfone)

Inúmeros cliente reclamando do app que não consegue fechar o portão após o encerramento da chamada. Ele só abre ou fecha quando estiver em ligação com o visitante. Em caso de uma entrega no qual o carro precisa passar, o cliente não consegue abrir ou fechar o portão após o encerramento da chamada.

Replica: Mencionei remotamente e não local.

O cliente usa o app para aberturas fora de sua moradia. 

O app não abre e nem fecha caso ninguém toque o interfone. 

A função deveria ser igual a do Allo onde basta entrar no app e abrir ou fechar sem que alguém tenha tocado o interfone.

Poderia fazer um app igual sem servidor como este para o a linha XPE IP 3000. Similar a este é ao allow WT7 com abertura de fechadura remota e atender a uma ligação caso não tenha ninguém em casa.
