Could not access our bus tickets from Tromso to Narvik on 9/9/2024.  Led to a great deal of frustration.  Told the bus driver we needed to buy tickets to Narvik for the 10:30 bus and he said we could buy the tickets on the bus.  Why do we have to use the app then.

thank you for the feedback. To access your tickets, you need to be connected to the internet at least once so the QR code is cached and can be used offline. In some cases, you might need an internet connection to reload the ticket. However, if you were unable to access your tickets despite being connected to the internet, please reach out to us via the chat function in the app. We’ll investigate the issue and offer a refund for the ticket purchased through the app if needed.

Please note that you’re not required to purchase tickets exclusively through the app. There are alternative ways to buy tickets, information which you can find on our website. The app is simply one of several options available to make ticket purchasing more convenient.

I was a little reluctant to download because of lack of reviews. This is a fantastic app for bus schedules and buying bus tickets in Tromso. Easy to use.

Easy to use, navigate and buy tickets. More accurate than google maps for routes. Made travel around Tromsø a breeze. Thank you!
