Every time when I try to open app it shows make sure that you are connected to internet. Everything accept this app is working fine in my phone with same internet connection. I raised a complaint regarding a malba dump. The issue got resolved by the next day. Awesome!! App could be better though. They could add option to reopen the complaint or any other help desk number inside the app in case there is an issue. Please make necessary corrections so that people do not laugh. Also one of the users has reviewed that no action has been taken on his complaint for a month. Authorities then should not spend lakhs of rupees on Radio Advertisements about this App. WHATS WRONG GOVT!! ### 1/5 — Useless app *2016-06-21* The photo taken gets compressed in the worst possible way and a very distorted photo reaches to the authorities.
