So it’s a scam and they are just stealing your personal information. Games never register as installed either. I allowed tracking and followed the steps and low paying games where you have to reach level 100 for 10 cents will install no problem. Higher paying games will never register as “installed”. Scrambly is better than Swagbucks. I never have that issue for downloading games. ### 1/5 — Complete waste of time *2026-07-23, version 5.51* I downloaded the app and all it said was to download three games to get money. I downloaded all the games and it just sat at that screen for 3 days. I found out the hard way and lost $100. They waited until I tried to withdraw and banned my account for unknown reasons. I asked them why and they didn’t give me a proper reply. They let you withdraw small amounts to trick you into getting comfortable before pulling the rug out from underneath your feet. I played games and got rewards and it was fun. Now, for the last few months, all the games that I pick are not added, it shows That they got notice that it was added but no points, no confirmation and no Swagbucks. it hasn’t added any of my games for at least my games that I have selected from their list. And all the times that I’ve put in a ticket or given them an email they never ever respond and they never ever fix it. Never add this app. ### 1/5 — Shady About Crediting Activity *2026-07-21, version 5.51* I have been using SB primarily for the games. They are always quick to automatically give you the tiny SB awards. However, I just spent weeks in my downtime working towards level 2000 in Word Search. I completed the goal 2 days before the final day and Swagbucks didn’t give me the credit of 2200+ SBs ($22). I submitted a claim for the missing credit and have not received an email notification from them that they even received the request, but I have received a ton of other emails since I submitted my claim. So my email is just lost in the ether. In addition, the surveys seem to be a waste of time. I can spend 5-10 minutes completing a survey only to be declined after giving a ton of time, information, and feedback. My game centre tracking is on and they won’t pay me for the levels I passed even with evidence of completion on the pixel game. 1280SB they owe but refuse to pay me. I loaded the yarn loop game. I love playing the Daily Trivia as it’s a fun way to earn points. Completing surveys is hit or miss as the targeted audience varies from one survey to another. Either way really you shouldn’t ask for IDs to sell, you could find other ways to get your money back. Me is like if I really take anything from you- meaning that more than what the scammers once scam me and so on that is more than $400 online, I would pay you back one day in any way I could- like buying some SB without using it and so on. I am currently not in a good state as I am starting to rest now for my weekends so I am tired now, so I write ifs in case I do anything wrong.
