## What is SwalaSMS?

SwalaSMS is a bulk SMS platform for businesses sending messages across Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda - from quick one-off texts to large campaigns, with delivery you can actually track.

WHY SWALASMS

• Reach every network across three countries from one account — no per-carrier setup
• Pay only for what you send — no subscription, no minimum spend
• See exactly what arrived, down to the second it landed
• Manage everything from your phone — no need to log into a desktop dashboard

SENDING

• Quick SMS for a single message or a short list of numbers
• Bulk sending to contact groups, with personalization tags (name, custom fields)
• Message templates so your most-used messages are one tap away
• Schedule messages for later, or automate them to fire on a trigger

CONTACTS & ORGANIZATION

• Import contacts from your phone or Google account
• Organize recipients into groups for repeat campaigns
• Manage unsubscribes automatically, so you always send to people who want to hear from you

TRACKING & REPORTS

• Real-time delivery reports for every message sent
• Activity dashboard showing what's gone out, what's pending, and what failed
• Per-message delivery timelines when you need the detail

SENDER IDs & CREDITS

• Request and manage custom sender IDs so recipients know who's texting them
• Track your SMS credit balance at a glance
• Top up instantly by mobile money, with low-balance alerts so you're never caught short

LEAD CAPTURE

• Build simple forms to capture leads, with submissions flowing straight into your contacts
• Basic analytics on form performance

ACCOUNT & SECURITY

• Biometric app lock (Face ID / fingerprint) to keep your account secure on a shared or lost device
• Sign in with your email, Google or Apple account
• Two-factor authentication for an extra layer of protection

Available in English and Kiswahili.

SwalaSMS is built by SwalaTech for businesses, organizations and individuals across East Africa who need SMS that actually reaches people - reliably, affordably, and without the overhead of a traditional bulk SMS gateway.
