### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2022-05-25*

I bought this app to trial on my Apple Watch before recommending it my father who has Parkinson’s Disease and struggles with drooling. Most disappointed, you are unable to modify settings from the app, have to go to the App Store. It is not discrete on the Apple Watch as you are unable to activate vibrate rather it makes a sound. Thankfully it only cost 89p!

**Developer response:** Hi, for silent operation you need to enable silent mode on the Apple Watch. Unfortunately, that's the only way at the moment to achieve this as iOS doesn't support vibration without audio.

### 2/5 — Problems…

*2026-07-30*

Timer keeps shutting off !

### 3/5 — Almost there

*2019-08-25*

This would be perfect if it sent notifications to Apple Watch

**Developer response:** We've now added Apple Watch support so I guess we're perfect :-)

### 4/5 — Longer vibrations

*2022-12-09*

Longer vibrations would be good in a noisy environment. Especially on iwatch

**Developer response:** Hi, we've added options for longer / repeated vibration on iPhone & Apple Watch

### 5/5 — Thank you

For creating this. As a speech therapist I trial this will my neuro patients. So easy to use in clinic, hospital and home settings.

**Developer response:** Thanks for letting us know!

### 5/5 — Success with 8yr old Child with CP on first trial!

*2014-02-11*

I am a pediatric OT and had a child I was working that had no awareness when saliva was pooling in her mouth or when her chin was wet. She follows verbal directions. I told her to swallow when she felt the tickle (vibration). I placed my IPhone in the hood of her jacket. It worked! This was the first time that she had a dry chin for 30 min. Prior to this she went through 3-4 wet bibs while in school. I am telling all of my OT friends about it. Best app that I have purchased related to my profession.

**Developer response:** Thanks for letting us know and so glad to hear it's been a help.
