I regret dealing with them. I booked for a month, and they don't want to return the invoices, and they don't want to listen to what I want. 😔 They lie to the customer and make fun of him very bad ### 1/5 — Good app; unreliable service *2022-02-11, version 4.5.2* Made a booking for PCR at home; the service provider never showed up. Booking ID was 20902, so you can follow up internally. I need these PCRs for traveling so I’ll never use Swan again. ### 1/5 — Worst customer support ever *2022-01-05, version 4.4.3* Used the app three times in the past week for a PCR test . On every occasion the provider arrived 4 hours late . Not even a courtesy call to say they would be late . The last test delay led to flight getting missed as the test results never came back even after 37 hours and counting now. And Ofcourse no chance to get a refund probably. The worst problem is the customer service . None answers the chat ( which is the only way to contact them ) , if they answer they give some generic reply after 4-6 hours . And when I complained on the chat , they deleted the entire chat history. I would stay away and personally will never use them again . They giving good apps on the apple store a bad name . ### 2/5 — Scam *2021-12-29, version 4.4.3* I pay for an express PCR test which they claim a test result in 8 to 10 hrs 15 hrs gone by still haven’t received my result. The app has a very intuitive UI and I never felt lost at all. I generally have issues with other ecommerce applications.
