Puanım kesinlikle otele deği, uygulamaya. 2 senedir bu otele geliyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, havuzu güzel, yemekleri iyi, akşamları etkinlikler eğlenceli. Ancak uygulama çok kötü. Ne iOS standartlarına uygun geliştirilmiş ne de içeriği düzgün. Ne yapsam diye menü var ama içi boş, halbuki gün içerisinde bir çok etkinlik var otelde. Ne yeseme tıklıyorsun etkinlik yok diyor. Otelde yemek yiyemeyeceğiz 1 dk bile yok oysa. Keşke tüm etkinleri pano yerine uygulamadan takip edebilsek ve yerlerini haritada görebilsek.

Otel beklentilerimin son derece altında kaldı. Otel fiziki koşulları tatmin edici seviyede fakat hizmet inanılmaz kötü idi. Pandemi sürecinde yemek saatlerinde inanılmaz yoğundu. Hijyen ve temizlik yok seviyede. Çalışanların memnuniyetsizliği ortada ucuz iş gücü için her şey yapılmış. Bir gün sonunda otelimizi değiştirmek zorunda kaldık. İyi değiştirmişiz.
