Everytime my wifi shuts down or internet drops out so do the cameras on my iPhone for the first few years the customer service was great but now they say that they don’t support my model of cameras anymore and basically im on my own so now I have cameras that don’t work and are absolutely useless thanks Swann I will never waste my hard earned money on your products again. However, the app started crashing about a few months ago and then just stopped working all together. I contacted Swann’s tech support team who informed me that they are not able to assist me with this matter because this App and my system are no longer supported by their team/Swann. When purchasing this system, I remember spending roughly $600 (as mentioned the DVR works fine the problem is the app). All of the sudden it no longer works. Tried everything. Reconfigured, reset, delete/reinstall, change settings, etc. I cannot get it to work anymore. I used this app daily so it is really bothering me that I don't have access like I used to. UPDATE: This app is terrible. I have been getting notifications that the app would no longer work with newer versions of iOS. That day has now come and one of the primary reasons I purchased the app is no longer functioning. ZERO STARS. UPDATE September 28, 2017: App is working again! I have no complaints at this time as the app is functioning to my expectations. Hopefully Swan will pay closer attention to it this time and maintain and update it accordingly. UPDATE October 1, 2017: Can't slide through different camera frames. Double clicking on a camera does not make it full screen anymore. When changing phone position from portrait to landscape, the screen glitches and half the camera views get cut in half. Just let the app do it all for you all remote access is done with just a scan of the barcode!! It’s faster and the images are extremely sharp, it looks like higher definition on the same iPhone hardware.
