I have been in Leiden from September till now with a Swapfiets bike. It gives me peace of mind for any issue I face and go to their shop, the repair or the replacement is immediate.
The staff I dealt with is most of the time very nice and fast.

Umso unverständlicher, dass eure App nun auf meinem iPhone SE den Dienst versagt. Der Funktionsumfang war nie besonders groß, daher kann es doch eigentlich nicht so schwer sein, auch eine ältere Version weiter anzubieten.
