So much easier w a pc that I’ll probably never use this again unless it’s on one and on the website itself. However, I got chewed out by one of their staff members in the comments on a sale for not providing the tracking number yet at that point and it was hardly halfway through the second business day (which is the timeline they ask the seller to ship out.) anyways, you would think that the staff would know their own policies…. I had to remind them that I had until the end of that day to provide the tracking number. Not great ### 3/5 — Good *2026-05-24, version 0.2.18* It would be great if you could add the Cart to the app. And i would give a 5 star rating ### 4/5 — Listing process *2026-04-26, version 0.2.16* Incredibly infuriating listing process requires jumping through many hoops, and devices that are clearly mint condition was downgraded to good quality ### 2/5 — Clicking email link crashes App *2026-04-23, version 0.2.16* When clicking link to newly listed product in email notifications, app opens & attempts to go to product, then swiftly disappears. App is still running, can be recalled from a swipe up, but lands on main page. (Previous issues:) Can’t login thru app using email address & password without getting an “Invalid Credentials” error. But can login using the same email & password and thru Safari just fine. ### 1/5 — It’s ok *2025-10-08, version 0.2.14* This app is pretty OK if they wasn’t dealing with PayPal ### 1/5 — Can’t log in on app, but can in browser *2025-10-08, version 0.2.14* The sign in code they send via email never arrives fast enough to use it when trying to sign into the app. It shows up about 10 min later and then the app says it’s invalid presumably because it already has expired. I do not have this issue on mobile web or desktop web. Not sure what lazy or cheap product team decided to default to email mfa on mobile app and set the expiry time so stupidly short. ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible! *2025-09-21, version 0.2.14* Avoid this app at all costs! I’ve never written an app review because I’ve never needed to, however this poor excuse for an app is the worst app I’ve used since an iPhone 4. The staff lies to you. I uploaded pictures that I wanted to sell. I accidentally uploaded one in the wrong order, guess what? They don’t let you organize the pictures or even deleted them! So if you want a picture deleted you literally have to email support then ask them to delete it. Here’s where the lying starts. I emailed customer support to delete one of my pictures and the lady said that there was no pictures on the listing? Upon checking my listing on my phone, not only was there pictures on the listing; she deleted the one that I asked her to! What a ridiculous thing to lie about. So day 2 of using this app rolls around. It’s been 24 hours since I posted my listing and it’s still not approved. I looked online to see how long it’s supposed to take, the Swappa support team said to should be approved within a few minutes or you need to email them. Great! So I email them and again, they say there’s no pictures! This time I email this guy back a literal screenshot of my listing with my pictures. This app is horrible please do not use it. ### 1/5 — Horrendous *2025-09-13, version 0.2.14* Barely even works ### 1/5 — Adding address broken *2025-08-15, version 0.2.14* You fill in the lines and go to the next, immediately deletes what you typed in on any section of address fill in. Goes right back to saying “required”. Work around is I assumed it registered, so I click apply. Address registered successfully. Answered my question and then minutes later got my account suspended, tried to appeal and was ghosted. Can’t search Android phones by feature. Doesn’t offer sorts according to whatever criteria. If you want to use swappa just go to the website. This app is near worthless. ### 1/5 — USE AMAZON OR EBAY BUT NOT THIS *2026-02-28, version 0.2.15* If you don’t receive any tracking info or any response of any kind from the buyer, which in my case, is what happened, Swappa will simply direct you to contact PayPal support. I ordered the product Feb 21st and the following week, no response of any kind from the buyer but of course my money was charged and gone from my account through PayPal. PayPal is telling me to wait until MARCH 19th for a response!!! Use Amazon or buy in person. Save yourself this headache and skip Swappa. My money is in limbo and I have to wait for an unresponsive seller to not respond for weeks longer to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN ### 1/5 — Won’t let me list devices *2026-02-19, version 0.2.15* Won’t let me list devices for sale stuck in pending I’ve added photos a good description phone is spotless unlocked and owned outright and they don’t give me any way in the app to reply to the employee that locked my listing and locked comments on it. I’ve never replied once on the comments they drone it locked comments with no way to rectify it. The app is 100% useless for its intended purpose.
