Liza at Swappin found me a good subleter in no time right before I was traveling. I wouldn’t have been able to sublet my place otherwise. I liked the peace of mind of having a middle man, background check and a contract provided by them. There’s room for growth with the app as they’re just starting but overall it was a great successful experience, and I will keep using it in the future.

My husband and I were looking for a short-term summer rental and Swappin was the perfect solution to find the perfect place! The platform was easy to use and facilitated all necessary logistics between us and our lessor. It was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful time at our rental!
